With so many different customer objectives, having the ability to offer choice in meeting those objectives is crucial.
At The Mortgage Store we have access to the majority of the UK Lenders and with that the opportunity to advise appropriately.
The vast majority of our clients choose not to pay a fee as we receive our commission from the Lender, however they do have the option to pay a fee, typically 1% of the loan and then any commission is refunded to them on completion.
